iPhone 12 mini 用レザーケース「サドルブラウン」です

というわけで、そうこうしているうちに出てきました。私が今回選んだのはこちら、iPhone 12 mini 用レザーケース「サドルブラウン」です。

裏面はこんな感じ。では開けていきます。どんな感じのサイズ感なのかドキドキです。

うおっ、びっくりしたぁー。。。こ、こういうタイプなのね。。。
ケース本体が出てきました。現在のメイン機でもレザーケースを使っていますが、やっぱり触り心地が良くていいですね。

へぇー!ケースを取るとこんな感じでケースの中に取説が入っていました。電源ボタンが前のよりも大きくなってる。あ!ケース下側がしっかりと覆われています。これは個人的に嬉しいポイントです!

中の紙を取ります。ここには Apple 製品ではお馴染みの紙が入っていました。置いておいて。。。

出ました MagSafe。リング状の部分には磁石が埋め込まれていて、充電器やアクセサリーなんかをくっつけることができるんですよね!

それではサイズの比較をしてみたいと思います。

まずは AirPods Pro。並べるとこんな感じです。うーん、なかなか良い組み合わせではないかと思います。小さいものたちですね。

続いて、参考になるかはわかりませんが Razer のマウスです。うん、やっぱりやめよう。

続いて写真で申し訳ないですが、左から iPhone 8 Plus、iPhone mini、AirPods Pro です。重ねるとかなり本体サイズが違うことがわかると思います。

iPhone mini は画面サイズがほぼ本体サイズと同じなので、本当に iPhone 8 Plus が画面だけになった感じなのでしょうかね。

やはり電源ボタン・スリープボタンのサイズが変わっています!押しやすそうでいいですね。

続いては、実は注文していた MagSafe 充電器とどんな感じでくっつくのかやってみます。跡がつくのが怖いけどね。。。

では恐る恐るやってみます。うお!けっこう強力にくっつきました!外れないかチェック。

おおーーー!全然びくともしません!で、問題は剥がす時ですね。直接摘もうとしてもアルミで薄いので滑るんですよね。怖いけどコード部分を引っ張るのが良さそう。こんな感じで簡単に取れます。

これ AirPods とかもくっつくのかな。あ、全然くっつかない。

Ways to Use TRX for Yoga

One of the major benefits of TRX is the ability to improve your core strength with nearly every exercise you perform. Due to the anchoring and design of the suspension system, there is almost always a level of functional instability no matter what you’re doing. I think of it as just enough instability to have a purposeful training effect without going overboard on excess props and circus tricks.
Stand under anchor, straps on your right with handles at waist. Place right hand on both handles and step right leg out, toes facing straps. Turn left foot so heel is perpendicular to right heel.trx training. Press right hand down into straps as you hinge at the waist and extend right hand forward. Shift left hip back while keeping pelvis tucked and core engaged. Raise left arm and turn gaze toward ceiling. Repeat on the other side.Make it harder: Flip hand so back of hand is on handles or place hand in foot cradles for a deeper stretch.
TRX bands offer one of the most efficient full-body workouts around. In this episode of Moves, Doug Lawder of Railyard Fitness in Santa Fe walks us through the five best TRX exercises anyone can do.
Muscles worked: Back, biceps and core Position suspension trainer in high position (between elbow and shoulder height) Extend your legs out straight in front keeping your hips up and core tight With your arms extended, pull your body in towards your hands keeping your elbows slightly tucked. Set straps to mid-calf. Sit under anchor point with feet flat on floor, hands on handles. Extend arms and press through hands to draw shoulder blades down. Lift legs so shins are parallel to the floor, trx bands,lean back slightly to balance, and maintain straight back and engaged core.Make it harder: Extend legs to a 45-degree angle

the 2019 Yamaha YZF-R3 is a comfortable (almost) upright ride. One doesn’t have to assume a Moto3 stance on the R3; scoot closer toward the tank and sit up straighter for a more relaxed ride and greater visibility around town. The chassis is compact enough that you can still reach the clip-ons and operate the controls.
For 2019, the chassis construction and geometry remains the same, but the forks are now 37mm upside-down KYB units, while the damping and spring rates have been made more sporty. That doesn’t mean it’s become uncomfortable though – on track the R3 feels confident and stable, even with my 5’10”, 85kg lump on it.yamaha r3 fairings, There’s plenty of ground clearance, but it will eventually touch down – the hero-blobs had been removed from the launch bikes, and on one right-hand bend I started scraping the edge of the foot brake, but the R3 never felt unsettled. You can also panic brake mid-corner without the bike standing up too violently, as I found out after over-cooking one double-apex turn.
During my week with the R3, not once did getting in the saddle feel like a punishment. I gladly chose the tiny bike over my car because it’s just that much fun. It’s easy to get on (literally and figuratively) and is actually a respectable commuter. In the city,monster fairings, it’s willing to go anywhere if you are. I got stuck in some rush hour traffic one night and it wasn’t even that big of a bummer because the R3 is easy to maneuver. The clutch isn’t so heavy that you feel a physical strain from crawling along (we don’t have lane splitting/filtering here).
There’s very little rise or pullback in the bars and jockey-mount foot controls, a setup that encourages an aggressive, forward-leaning riding position but leaves room for a more casual, if not completely upright, upper body position. abs fairings,A sharp rise behind the rider’s seat to the pillion serves to cup and contain the pilot, but the vestigial P-pad and subframe that quickly tapers off to nothing leaves the passenger seated right at the edge of disaster.
